(1) The Council shall have a separate fund of its own (2) The fund under sub-section (1) shall have the following funds:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) amount received as a loan, donation, aid, grant or donation received from any person, organization or government, domestic or foreign,
(c) The amount received for registration of name in the Council and update of name registration,
(d) Amounts received for services rendered on behalf of the Council (e) Amount received from any other source.
(3) According to Clause (b) of sub-section (2), before receiving any loan, donation aid, grant or donation received from any foreign person, organization or government, the council shall take the prior approval of the Government of Nepal.
(4) The amount received in the fund of the Council should be opened and deposited in a commercial bank account.
(5) The operation of funds and accounts of the Council shall be as prescribed.
